Race Recommendations
San Jose 408K |
If you’re thinking about running a 10K—or something close to it—this is your sign. Join the fun at the San Jose 8K Race to the Row on Sunday, May 31 at 8:30am in San Jose. I love this 5-mile race because it takes you through downtown streets, historic neighborhoods, and the unforgettable Mariachi Mile—twice! The road race is pretty flat and perfect for runners who are just starting out or wanting to move past the 5K distance...just a little bit.
Getting outside and running is a great tool to connect internally and challenge yourself physically. It also moves us away from screen time and in community with others. Register using my affiliate link and let’s run this together! Link to register: San Jose 8K Race to the Row |
filipina entrepreneur community support
|
If you are a Filipina looking for support in your entrepreneurship journey, please consider joining the Entrepinayship Network. This is a community of filipinas at different stages of their life and business. In this community, you will find information, programs, opportunities, and people that will see you in all your filipina-ness and offer space to discuss the wins and challenges you are experiencing.
As a member of this community since 2020, I've been able to launch my coaching platform, facilitate kumare circles, and join the Entrepinayship Toastmasters Club. Over the years, I have had a chance to reconnect to my voice in a way that honors my ancestors, the motherland, and my heritage. I've learned that being filipino is a creative advantage in a competitive environment that continues to compare and divide people. Entrepinayship's mission is to "to empower Filipina, other Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI), and immigrant women to pursue entrepreneurship as a vehicle for self-determination and economic independence in a community of belonging.
