about edElaine Dizon is a mother of two, mindset and life coach, writer, and recipient of AT&T's highest Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion award at a corporate level -- the Spark Award. She is also a recognized AT&T Business Cultural Champion. She supports individuals who are grappling with work/life integration and want to joyously live life intentionally. She leverages her experience in conscious parenting, performance management coaching, and neuroleadership science to support continuous learning towards outcomes and results. As a military brat, Elaine mastered adapting to change by attending 8 different schools in her K-12 academic experience. 8 schools in five different states on the mainland and her birthplace, Guam. At 13, Elaine had her first transformative experience. The death of her mother in an automobile accident during a drive down I-95 from Pennsylvania to Virginia. In 1987, Elaine had her first courageous conversation with a police officer who asked her the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How of their travel down to Virginia because her father could not speak for the first hour after the car accident. At 26, Elaine had her second most courageous conversation with her dad. After living half her life without her mom and paying various prices - mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially -- she had enough. When she asked her dad, "Are you upset that God chose me to live instead of mom?" A weight was lifted and a majority share of energy rooted in guilt, shame, disgust, and unworthiness fell away when her dad simply said, "It was never my choice to make." These are a few personal examples of how one conversation can change the trajectory of your life. After a decade of healing and looking back, coaching was an avenue to look forward and put action behind the vision of a life that:
Appointed Chief EntrepiNanay at Entrepinayship, Elaine supports Filipinx entrepreneurs in their personal development and business goals while caring for themselves and their family through honoring cultural crossings in life. She also serves on the advisory board of Yours Humanly, a non-profit who believes in transforming the lives of children in need around the world by providing access to quality education and equitable resources. An avid runner – she earned a permanent bib number #263 from Brazen Racing for completing all 26 races in one calendar year and is a 3-time streaker in the organization. As someone who believes that everyone is on a hero’s journey, she is eager to support an individual’s growth as challenges appear ushering in resilience, hope, and inspiration along the way. |
