Where there is space, you can deepen your purpose and intention by aligning your actions with your core values.
Here you will find my workbooks to support pause and reflection as well as other tools and activities that support planning, movement, and mindfulness.
Find Your Word Workbook
A simple tool to shift your mindset towards your goals in 2023.
Whether or not the One Word Tool or One Word Practice is familiar to you, you will find value in this simple and practical approach to finding your word for 2023.
In 45-55 minutes, walk through three exercises to brainstorm words. In one exercise you will reflect back, in another, you will have word play, and in the final exercise you will look at what's ahead. Then, you will narrow your focus and stress test the word that will move you throughout the year to leverage all your energies to move your vision into success stories you can see, hear, smell, taste, or touch. Feel free to share your word with me when you are done!

life intention action Reflection Workbook
If you are familiar with kaizen, agile principles, or design thinking, then this elevated journal practice can support you in spotting trends and outline incremental improvements for your own personal journey.
Updated for 2023, this workbook will introduce you to a pause and reflection practice that allows you to iterate life's opportunities and challenges into continuous learning moments enabling a growth mindset.

Life's Blueprint To Actions List
Only a few left!
After you design your roadmap for life, how do you make sure you take action?
Maybe this little notepad can help! In each circle, list what's meaningful with one action you will do that day to bring it to life in a way you can see, hear, smell, taste, or touch.

filipina entrepreneur community support
If you are a Filipina looking for support in your entrepreneurship journey, please consider joining the Entrepinayship Network. This is a community of filipinas at different stages of their life and business. In this community, you will find information, programs, opportunities, and people that will see you in all your filipina-ness and offer space to discuss the wins and challenges you are experiencing.
As a member of this community since 2020, I've been able to launch my coaching platform, facilitate kumare circles, and join the Entrepinayship Toastmasters Club. Over the years, I have had a chance to reconnect to my voice in a way that honors my ancestors, the motherland, and my heritage. I've learned that being filipino is a creative advantage in a competitive environment that continues to compare and divide people. Entrepinayship's mission is to "to empower Filipina, other Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI), and immigrant women to pursue entrepreneurship as a vehicle for self-determination and economic independence in a community of belonging. movement community support
During the COVID 19 lockdown, I was having a challenging time in keeping up with my movement goals. Without in-person races and open studios/gyms, the energy to move was diverted to other things (hello! remote learning and remote work) and I quickly lost momentum around my physical vitality.
A silver lining of that time was discovering Run She Is Beautiful who launched the Sweat Growth Gratitude Mileage Club. This supportive space supports women around their movement goals. Whether it is related to running, biking, walking, or how many times you move your body, you get the power to decide what that movement goal is in 2023. With this supportive space that has encouraging messages, inspirational gear, webinars, and in-person events, this is a great accountability system and tool to keep you moving over the course of the year. If you are looking for a mileage club, I invite you to try this out. Here's my affiliate link if you would like to join me in this virtual community. SGG Mileage Club 2023 with Your Coach elaine |

American Heart Walk 9/30 |
This year, the American Heart Walk is pinging my heart. In the August Issue of the Heart Journal dated August 3rd, 2023, "Filipino Americans are the third largest Asian group in the US and the largest Southeast Asian group in the country. Despite relatively favorable average socioeconomic indicators compared to the general US population, Filipino Americans face a significant burden of traditional cardiovascular risk factors, particularly among men."
As someone who believes in life whispering to us, I listened to this article. Then I was invited to join a team by someone who I met at the start of my career -- and she has been a part of my life for a long time. Our hearts do so much work for us on an individual basis. When we join them towards a cause, they begin to beat in concert and for a moment in time a shared purpose. Imagine if we could prolong that why in a broader fashion. If you are walking on September 16 in Bishop Ranch, please let me know, I'd love to elbow bump you. To healthy hearts for our friends, family, people impacted, and more research. |
Rocky Ridge 9/23 |
The Brazen Racing Ultra Half Series Season wraps up this month and it comes in at a time where my plantar fasciitis has subsided. This race is at the ever fun (ha ha) Las Trampas in San Ramon and it will be rough because there is a lot of up, up, up before it gets better. Some things that I learned during plantar fasciitis recovery:
I'm not a running expert. Just someone who has been able to move from my desk chair to 5K, 10K, OCRs, and Half Ks over the last seven years. When we're attentive to what works, truthful about what doesn't, and courageous with every iteration in between, it's not a surprise what we can accomplish. If you'd like some support to move from your desk chair or couch to your first 5K, set up a coffee chat and let's see what we can discover together. This year, we are embracing our love of Marvel and ran as Team On Your Left at Brazen Racing's Dirty Dozen in July and we are carrying that name forward.
If you'd like to join us on September 30, please join our team and let's crush this 3.1 mile course together.
If you'd like to support our fundraising goal that continues to fund a dream project of a computer lab in the Philippines, we wholeheartedly appreciate it. Check out our Team's Donation Page here.
