life. intention. action.
I approach the coaching process as an iterative cycle in a six month coaching container. Based on three principles -- life, intention, and action -- we will build foundational tools that introduce ideas about minding the mindset and pause and reflection. As we integrate and implement new tools, skill, and muscle development (yes, our brain is a muscle), we will deepen the practice.
Offering time, breath, and awareness allows us to enable execution.
Small sweet steps and small wins are the name of the game and will answer the question, "Did we do what we said we would do?"
When we meet each month, we will have the opportunity to reflect on how you did in a two week sprint. Two weeks is a great time frame to review and reflect on how these tools are impacting your life -- and each month we will have two check ins.
The Kaizen practice inspires this cadence and aligns with continuous improvement.
